6/28/04 - Sire 'Neptune' 08.12.04 Heres an individual puppy update at around 9 weeks. They are a bit muddy as they have been playing in the pool all day, but hey they're pups... let them play! 08.02.04 The awaited pool pictures have just been posted up. Also we have taken two small movies of them in the outside playpen. To download them please right click on the movie link and then press "save target as". Save the movie to your computer. After it is done downloading open the movie file. (They are fairly large in size so please only download if you have a broadband connection.) Puppies Movie Clip 1 07.30.04 Well the puppies just went for a swim in the pool and then back to their outside pen. I snapped a few shots if you are interested in seeing them at play out there. 07.28.04 They are six weeks old now and a hoot! Much more curious, active, interested in their surroundings and what is going on inside and outside their pens. They are doing really well and sometimes sleep until 8:30 AM! Don't count on this when they get home though! They have decided the vacuum cleaner is their enemy and flatten their ears when I am near them with it. This is typical of loud noises. They do get used to it. They are thoroughly enjoying their new outside pen and Annabelle really likes going in there with them. She is doing some of her own training and I enjoy her lessons as well. I continue to make them sit prior to any petting and ignore them when they are jumping. They all have very sharp teeth now and gnaw on beef bones with relish. I am actually happy to see that they will share a bone with each other without the typical growling. Their coats are fluffier and soft to the touch and the colors are becoming more stable at this puppy stage. Red and Blue will always be lighter and less curly than the rest. They are all absolutely beautiful with boxy heads and bodies. 07.22.04 Here are some Playpen Pictures, I hope you enjoy them! 07.13.04 The puppies are doing great! They wrestle, bark, growl, and are beginning to play with toys. I hope you enjoy their latest 'mugshots' at four weeks old. :+) 06.28.04 Annabelle's litter has arrived and what beauties they all are! As expected, we have some creams and what appears to be 'caramel colored' pups! Not sure if they will turn to an apricot color or not at this point. You can be the judge as you look at the pictures. She had three of each sex and they are large, healthy and vigorous. Annabelle couldn't be a better mom and has been very attentive and gentle with her babies. Her diet has provided excellent milk quality and no extra supplements have been necessary.
